背面以迷宮作背景, 迷宮上有兩個人形勾繪圖像, 其中一人手持拐杖, 代表失明人士, 在右邊刻有六顆星星。在左邊則刻上EUROPA BEZ BARIER (無障礙歐洲)

正面由點字(失明人土的文字)所組成, 右邊刻上波蘭國徽, 國徽底部以迷宮式樣組成, 正下方刻有面值”10 zl”, 左邊則刻有”RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA 2011”(波蘭共和國2011)

波蘭盲人協會（PZN）

波蘭盲人協會屬非政府公益組織。由於其成員眾多，是最具代表性的失明及視障人士的協會。波蘭盲人協會是由失明人士自己組成的自救組織。

波蘭盲人協會的宗旨是專注幫助包括失明和視障人士的復康服務, 幫助他們與社會融合，平等地獲得信息，就業機會和保障他們的公民權利。

波蘭盲人協會大力協助及支持因傷病導致失明的人士, 從新適應新生活。協會會教導他們如何在家中, 旅遊或工作中獨立處理事情，以及如何積極參與社會活動。協會有一系列的解決方案幫助失明人士面對將來的生活以及他們將來所面對的挑戰。

點字

點字發明人 — 路易斯‧布萊葉(Louis Braille)在一位軍人到盲人學校介紹一套夜晚傳遞軍令的文字，通過觸摸凸起小圓點的組合形狀得知訊息，不用點燈看字而暴露位置。而啟發Braille在1824年創造點字系統。1950年，聯合國組織採認以「Braille」命名的這套點字為通行全球的失明人文字。至今全球幾乎以此法為基礎﹐發展出有其本國語言特色的失明人點字法。視障人士專用的文字：點字，由二排三列共六點所組成，全世界的點字均由此六點加以變化，賦予不同的意義，中文的點字是以注音符號為拼字基礎。
